What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your first visit is a 60-minute psychiatric evaluation. The provider will review your history, symptoms, and goals to develop a personalized treatment plan.
I have my insurance information, where do I submit it?
Insurance details can be uploaded through the secure patient portal or submitted when booking your appointment.
Can my provider prescribe medications?
Yes. Our providers are licensed to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe when clinically appropriate.
How do I contact my provider if I have a question?
Once established, you can communicate securely through the patient portal.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $75 fee.
What if I don’t show up to my appointment?
A no-show without notice is subject to a $75 fee.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Out-of-network patients may self-pay and request a superbill for reimbursement.
