All interactions between patients, families, and providers are expected to be rooted in respect, dignity, and professionalism. We are committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Notice Requirement: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $75 fee.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in reduced session time to avoid affecting other scheduled patients.
- Returned Checks: A $30 service charge will be applied to any returned checks.
Session Length
- Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: 60 minutes
- Follow-up / Medication Management: 30 minutes
- Evaluation for Genetic Testing: 60 minutes
Payment Policy & Non-Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Timely payment ensures continuity of care. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in delayed treatment or cancellation of future appointments. Insurance and self-pay options are accepted.
